This time, we helped our client to drive brand advocacy and create buzz among its potential customers. Previously, the only interaction they had with communities were by conducting workshop and factory visit. That being the case, their oral care products doesn’t get the optimum market penetration.
Our team had noticed that consumers were becoming increasingly health-conscious, and were always on the look-out for healthier, safer products for their oral care. Thus, we wanted to create impactful campaign, focused on the products benefits: non-SLS, non-alcohol and non-antiseptic.
We then collaborated with various online communities: parenting, sports and health enthusiasts, students and millenials, and many more to spread the awareness and get their followers excited and trial the products. These campaigns resulted 5,000 feeds posted by targeted communities in several big cities.
To build and engage stronger relationships with prospective buyers and customers, we also held several on ground activation, such as, a CFD and community meet up events.
By implementing strategy above, we received exceptional results, in just six month into the campaign:
